We operate as a self-employed person in Georgia. You can verify that status.

Rukis is an AI agent for business sales and support. It replies in messaging channels from one inbox, works toward goals you set, keeps contacts in a built-in CRM, and lets your team take over a conversation. Features depend on the plan you choose.

The service is offered to businesses, not to consumers acting for personal use. If mandatory consumer law applies to you, those rights remain.

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, for the accuracy of content you upload (prices, FAQ, availability, and other knowledge), and for connecting only channels you are authorised to use. You must follow those providers’ terms.

The Start plan includes a 14-day free trial with no card required. Grow and Scale do not include a trial. If you do not start a paid plan before the trial ends, access to paid features stops.

Prices on the site are shown and charged in the currency of the offer (EUR, USD, or GEL) and exclude applicable taxes. Customers in Georgia are billed in Georgian lari (GEL). Any VAT or similar tax that applies is added at checkout or invoiced as required by law.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period until you cancel. Annual billing is charged as a yearly amount equal to 80% of twelve monthly fees, as shown at checkout.

AI usage is metered in the product as credits. Conversation numbers on the website are typical estimates (about two credits per conversation), not a fixed cap. Extra usage beyond the included credits is billed at the overage rate on the pricing page for the currency shown.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before the next period. Continued use after that notice is acceptance of the new price. Failed payments may lead to suspension until the invoice is paid.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. Trials, refunds and how to cancel are described in the Refunds and cancellation policy.

Do not use Rukis for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or to process data you have no right to process. Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or creates risk for other customers.

You keep ownership of your business data and conversations. You grant us a licence to process that data only to provide, secure and improve the service. Conversations belong to you and can be exported or deleted.

Rukis is designed not to invent prices or availability. AI output can still be wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing handoffs and for the outcome with your customers. Do not rely on Rukis as the sole source of legal, medical or financial advice.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where we can.

The public website is provided as is. For paid plans, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim, except where Georgian law does not allow a limit. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Courts of Batumi have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule in your country says otherwise.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and, for customers, emailed. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
